Real Estate and Development Company is looking for a Commercial Director for Shopping Centre in Ukraine.

Core skills:

Higher education in finance, 5+ years of managerial experience as CFO preferably in multinational companies. Operational experience in real estate/development, knowledge of specific of business (work with tenants, maintenance and operation of trade areas etc.)will be an advantage. Fluent English. Active life position, team player but professionally independent, readiness for decision making, hardworking.

Main responsibilities:

• Financial controlling
• Budgeting
• Cost optimization
• Business development
• Project controlling
• Contacts with local authorities if necessary
• Management reporting
• Managing about 20 people (accounting & financial departments)
